In this article, we will show you how to check your laptop battery health without installing any third-party application. We will guide you through a simple command prompt that works on both Windows 10 and 11. Checking your laptop’s battery health is crucial to ensure its longevity. By following these steps, you can easily check your laptop’s battery:

1. Open Command Prompt
Regardless of whether you are using Windows 10 or 11, simply go to the Start menu and type CMD to open the command prompt. Right-click on it and run it as an administrator.

2. Type the Command
In the command prompt, type “powercfg /batteryreport” and press Enter. This will generate a battery report and save it to a specific location.

3. Open the Battery Report
Copy the path of the battery report as shown in the CMD by pressing Ctrl + C and paste it into any browser. You do not need an internet connection…
