Creating QR Codes in Excel

In this blog, we’ll show you how to create QR codes in Excel without installing any add-ons or plugins, using Macros. Whether you want to generate QR codes for website URLs or other purposes, this guide will walk you through the process step by step. Let’s get started.

1. Open Excel and Input URLs
The first step is to open Excel and create a blank workbook. Inside the workbook, add all the website URLs for which you want to create QR codes. Simply type or paste the URLs into the cells.

2. Enable Developer Options
To use Macros in Excel, you need to enable the Developer tab. If you don’t see it in the Excel ribbon, then click on “File” and go to “Options.” Navigate to “Customize Ribbon” and check the “Developer” option, then click “OK.”
